We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Documentation Officer

Location: Lagos

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials and equipment’s within the organization.
• Organize and file all relevant documentation in an orderly manner.
• Update and manage inventory records and documentation.
• Perform regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with documentation.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate before PPM materials leave the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to documentation in the warehouse.
• Stay informed about changes in documentation requirements and implement necessary updates.
• Train warehouse staff on proper documentation procedures and requirements.
• Ensure that all staff members are aware of the importance of accurate documentation.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or other relevant software to manage and track documentation.
• Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot any system-related issues.
• Communicate with internal teams, documentation requirements and discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes for documentation accuracy.
• Address and correct any discrepancies or errors in documentation.
• Maintain a comprehensive and organized filing system for all warehouse-related documentation.
• Retrieve and provide documentation as needed for audits or inquiries.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with relevant work experience.
