Job Title: Senior Maintenance Technician Process
Job description
- Be familiar with the ?Permit to work system?
- Assists
Process Supervisor and ensures a safe and high quality oil & gas
production operation and maintenance of Process plant.
- Performs
preventive maintenance and general monitoring of Process all facilities
as agreed with production supervisor according to the maintenance
system including troubleshooting and repair necessity to ensure its
reliability, optimum performance and safety.
- Executes
repairs and technical maintenance on Process Plant machinery and
equipment as assigned by production supervisor in safe manners and under
the technical supervision of production supervisor and maintenance
supervisor, observing instructions given in relevant technical manuals.
- Assists
production supervisor with ordering of required spare parts for Process
plant and initiates ordering of spares according to a good practice and
maker?s recommendations.
- Responsible for handling and condition of all spare parts and materials.
- Performs maintenance of all tools to ensure optimum working quality.
- Assists INST with maintenance and calibrations of Process plant instrumentation and electrical equipment as required
