Radiographer Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

The following common skills and qualifications are required of a Radiographer:

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiology.
A license to practice Radiography.
Good organizational, time management, and analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
The ability to lift heavy weights without assistance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and compassion.
Good mathematical abilities and technical skills.

Note that this is not an exhaustive list of Radiographer skill, qualifications and experience. Job requirements for specific Radiographer roles may vary, depending on the industry and type of employer.
