We seek suitable candidates for the following:

Position: Archivist, Abuja
Purpose: Support the Finance and Administration team in the Abuja office with record keeping and verification, filing, copying/scanning, cash handling, and other routine finance and administration processes and procedures, in accordance with ACF standards.

Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or degree with specialization in accounting/finance, minimum one year experience in a financial/administrative role, strong computer literacy skills especially with Excel, ability to work unsupervised, exceptional attention to detail and organizational/time management skills.

Position:  Flying Logistician
Flying Logistician, Based in Abuja with frequent travel to Jigawa and Yobe states
Purpose: Support the Logistics management in operating and monitoring the Mission's logistics department according to the procedures and internal policies of ACF, in particular by providing direct support to the Field Bases in terms of IT, procurement and supply chain management.

Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or degree in IT, business or a technical field, with at least 2 years professional experience in logistics. ICT Standard Certifications (such as MCSE, CCNA, etc), highly desirable, as well as experience in Network Administration. Exceptional organizational and time management skills; attention to detail and capacity to manage large quantities of products. resources and information in a strategic and thorough manner; very high IT/computer literacy skills including troubleshooting and maintenance; and solid written and verbal communication skills; diplomacy and ability to interact with and negotiate with suppliers and other stakeholders; team player; diplomatic; resourceful and independent/self-motivated.
