Cometstar Manufacturing Company Limited is a member of Cometstar Group. It was incorporated in Nigeria on the 25th day of February, 2005 under Company & Allied Matters Act, 1990 of Federal Republic of Nigeria. Our company is wholly owned by Nigerians. We started production in April 2006 in our ultra-modern cable manufacturing factory located at Agbara Industrial Estate - about two kilometers from Badagry Expressway, Agbara, Ogun State, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrical Engineer, Industrial Gas & Manufacturing Divisions

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities

• Create and maintain electrical systems such as power distribution, communications and computer networks, and control systems
• Carry out technical reviews, and respond to requests for information, and reliability assessments for new or modified connections
• Communicate both verbally and in writing with engineering, management and cross-functional teams as needed.

Education and Qualifications

• A B.Sc / B.Eng Degree / HND in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in power systems
• Proven track record of troubleshooting skills, analyzing problems to determine the root cause of power and control system failures
• Ability to write concise functional testing procedures, commissioning procedures, and field installation and modification instructions
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate attention to detail, critical thinking, complex problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
