FUNCTIONS:
For Post (i - v):
Assisting in the performance of routine trades, job
that requires fabrication, processing, installation, painting, pipe
fitting, plumbing maintenance or repairs of buildings, furniture,
electrical & mechanical system, vehicles, mobile and equipment on a
task and procedure basis and any other duties as may be assigned by the
Head of Department from time to time.
For Post (vi):
Successful candidates will be required to perform the following functions:
- Riding on a fire appliance as a crew member.
- Keeping surveillance on all OAUTHC fire fighting facilities
- Carrying out regular testing and maintenance of all firefighting equipment.
- Recording messages and reports
- Mobilizing fire appliance in response to fire call and other emergencies
For Post (vii):
Successful candidates will be required to perform general secretarial duties.
For Post (viii):
Establishing work properties, estimating job time and material
requirement, analyzing complex repair problems, providing drawings and
instructions for fabrication of part and providing technical advice
concerning repair and replacement of machines and vehicles.
For Post (ix):
Carrying out general repair and maintenance of the automobile and
tractor and any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by
their Head of Department.

For Post (i):
Candidates must possess Higher National Diploma in Electrical
Engineering from a recognized institution with evidence of completion

FUNCTIONS:
For Post (i):
Successful candidates will be required to ascertain electrical
requirements from Architects and Engineers’ drawings. Carry out
inspection of electrical installation and any other duty or duties that
may be assigned by the Head of Department.
For Post (ii):
Successful candidates will be required to carry out preliminary
studies and investigations on all aspects of Electrical Engineering
activities. Ensuring compliance of installation with existing
regulations, preparing engineering designs, supervising work being done
either by contract or direct labour, inspecting and certifying
electrical works, plants and line installations and any other duty as
may be assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.
For Post (iii):
Successful candidates will be required to collect and assist in
writing and editing press releases, pamphlets, posters and other OAUTHC
publications and perform all relevant duties in department including any
periodic ones as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
For Post (iv):
- Supervising field organization and keeping in touch with development throughout the institution.
- Supervising training and staff development.
- Serving as Press Attache/officer to the Chief Medical Director (CMD).
