Prepares the Site Design Pack according to the Client’s specifications.
Follows up and coordinates with the Site Controllers on the necessary information required (site pictures, Site drawings, etc) to prepare the Site Design Pack.
Supervises the Design Officer’s work.
Prepares the C-Module (As Built) documents according to the Client’s specifications.
Follows up and coordinates with the Site Controllers on the documents required for the C-Module (As Built) documents.

Job Title: Operations and Maintenance Supervisor, Quality
Location: Lagos
Role and Responsibilities

Understands and executes preventive, corrective and maintenance on Telco and Non-Telco equipment in scope of work under his responsibility e.g.:
Electrical, Mechanical and Civil components of the site E.g. generators, ACs, electrical installations, tower, DC systems, commercial power system, earthing, etc.
Radio equipment, transmission, core, etc.
Implements operations strategies and action plans to ensure that the daily availability target is achieved.
Conducts site maintenance audits & reporting e.g. site visits as per plan, inspection of quality work from field technicians, etc.
Helps other staff to fix complex issues.
Ensures that all site access, & maintenance works are done through client’s approved procedures.

Location: Lagos
Roles and Responsibilities

Overall management of fuel, including forecasting, ordering, delivery and consumption analysis.
Forecasts and plans fuel delivery for all network elements based on history & consumption data, ensuring that enough fuel is available all time on sites.
Orders & supervises the fuel delivery, storage & consumption in sites such that enough fuel is available all the time in field.
Utilizes efficiently available resources for fuel delivery and ensures fuel delivered in right quantity and quality.
Monitors continuously fuel levels and consumption on sites and plans fuel delivery before fuel is exhausted.
Analyzes data and makes short and long term supply plans and budget forecast to ensure that fuel is available in case of emergency situation in the region or area.
Tracks and analyses the utilization/ consumption of fuel/ consumables per each cell site allocation, tracks any change and updates records accordingly.
Tracks and keeps records of all fuel swapping between various cell sites, updates the consumption and forecasts accordingly.
Creates reports based on forecast, delivery, & consumption as per guideline, identify the problem areas and suggests improvement.

Ensures that escalations are closed within client’s specifications or SLA.
Creates network performance reports and analysis e.g daily, weekly, monthly and share with client or internally.
Suggests improvements areas based on that report and shares with the O&M Manager and the O&M Supervisors.
Analyzes team & regional performance based on emergencies and reports to the O&M Supervisors and the O&M Manager.
Follows up on emergencies on the network and escalates them based on site importance (e.g. hub sites, backbones and collocated sites etc) as per escalation matrix, until resolution.
Responsible for reporting emergencies and incidents of violation of SLAs and supports the O&M Manager in communication with client.
Responsible for client’s communication e.g. alarms pending for a specific hours, false alarms etc.

Ensures that all OH&S/QMS procedures are daily monitored and followed.
Follows all policies and procedures for monitoring, testing product availability, and incident management. 3. Implements and follows policies and procedures regarding how problems are identified, received, documented, distributed, and corrected.
Proactively reviews processes, documentation and procedures to keep updated on operational activities.
Prepares and distributes a variety of reports as requested by Manager or Head.
Be responsible for the application, compliance and regular updating of the security plan in place, both by the local team and by visitors.
Ensures visitors receive a proper security and context briefing and monitors the security adherence.
Provides the general coordination with security-related feedback and systematically report in writing any security incident involving the teams.
Ensures that adequate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is used by both the firm teams and Subcontractors.
Inspects all PPE prior to its use.
Ensures a proper usage of PPE.
Investigates accidents, incidents, and hazards and implements the necessary corrective and preventive actions to mitigate incidents, accidents and hazards.
Ensures that all placards are clear, clean and well maintained.
Providing training to enhance the OHSAS knowledge and competence.
Conducts emergency preparedness drills on a regular basis.
Conducts regular site inspections.
Requests for the replacement of PPE’s when required.
Checks, inspects and reports hazards to Manager.
Identifies existing and potential hazards.
Monitors hazard controls (PPE, engineering controls, policies, procedures)
Recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications Requirements

More than 3 years experience in similar field
Data analytical capabilities
Expert in MS office

Education Requirements

Minimum H.N.D in Computer Science or Electrical / Electronic Engineering. (Prefer B.Sc)

Job Title: Operations & Maintenance Supervisor, Hybrid
Location: Lagos
Roles and Responsibilities

Over all in charge of hybrid sites for system functioning and fuel saving.
Supervises the deployment of new installation, swaps, upgrades etc… for hybrid sites as per client’s demand.
Supervises and monitors all sources of powers including commercial power, DG power and DC power supplied by batteries and rectifiers on hybrid sites.
Keeps record of health of battery banks and its backup time of each hybrid site.
Liaison with field teams for early fault rectifications.
Visits to sites for new deployment, swaps, upgrades and major fault rectification.
Trains field staff on hybrid solutions.
Analyzes fuel consumption and battery backups and shares report with all concerned on daily basis with consent of O&M Manager.
Follows up continuously with clients for problems, issues and visibility of new deployment and operation of running hybrid systems.
Keeps record of all faults on each hybrid site.
Keeps record of spares of hybrid systems.
Endures the smooth operation of hybrid power systems including internal/external alarms.
Daily monitoring of external alarms for hybrid sites.
Proposes suggestions for improvement in system and monitoring if possible.
Defines departmental objectives on monthly basis, measures performance with complete analysis and submits report to local manager.

OH&S/QMS Roles and Responsibilities

Job Title: Operations and Maintenance Coordinator, Fuel

Role and Responsibilities

Manages fuel delivery, storage & consumption in all cell sites such that enough fuel is available all the time in field.
Creates desired reports e.g. fuel delivery, consumption, fuel leakage etc. according to client and internal requirements.
Defines fuel level per site, reordering point and ensures to maintain reasonable fuel quantity onsite all the time.
Makes plan to ensure that fuel is available in case of emergency situation in the region or area.
Reports to direct supervisor on all fuel related theft incidents according to process.
Prepares monthly and weekly forecasts for fuelling the cell sites in the region or area.
Performs frequent field visits, to ensure fuel delivery and consumption is accurate.
Places orders for fuel based on plan, supervises fuel delivery & reconciles actual deliveries against invoices submitted.
Collects and collates all fuel records from the Field Technicians (e.g. preventive, corrective, emergency, etc) for analysis purpose.
Tracks and keeps records of all fuel swapping between various cell sites, updates the consumption and forecasts accordingly.
Monitors and analyses fuel consumption per site or region and update the fuel forecast accordingly.
Handles fuel shortage related emergencies and makes improvements and reports to the MS Supervisor, Fuel.
Identifies fuel leakages by analyzing actual fuel consumption with standard one, escalates it for resolution and gives suggestions to prevent leakages.
Supervises daily fuel delivery and coordinates schedules with fuel companies to ensure timeliness and quality availability of fuel.
Analyzes and monitors fuel management process and suggests for improvements.
Reconciles fuel data with client and company and keeps record.
Conducts fuel consumption tests from time to time.
Ensures that fuel delivered conforms to the quality standards as per the test carried out.

OH&S/QMS Role and Responsibilities:

Job Title: Operations & Maintenance Field Technician, Mechanical
Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions Responsible for the completion of service requests (preventive or corrective) on all mechanical or other assets assigned to according to scope of work, typical as following but not limited to:

Servicing, decommissioning, installation or integration of generators according to standard procedures and practices.
Ensuring that preventive or corrective maintenance is performed according to procedures and agreed checklists and all issues are permanently closed.
Proper cleaning and janitorial services of the sites and assets.
Decommissioning, installation and troubleshooting any fault in mechanical equipment.
Any other work assigned to from time to time.
Schedules and executes the preventive / routine maintenance jobs on all equipment under his/her assignment.
Attends emergency call outs, fixes the problem on equipment and restores the service within SLA, follows up the issues till permanent closure and helps to find the root cause of problems and appropriate solutions.
Coordinates between NOC, immediate supervisor, client and other subcontractors, for proper maintenance of his/her sites / mechanical equipment.
Be available for emergency service delivery, through SMS / phone calls or other communication means.
Proficiently uses test equipment and devices on sites and analyzes test results.
Records and reports all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrence regularly to the O&M Coordinator using i engineering’s reporting formats.
Ensures proper care of all company properties such as tools & equipment, vehicle, Mobile DG, accommodation.
Reports all theft and litigation issues as per process and supports the O&M Coordinator, Site Security (where applicable).
Be responsible for fuel delivery and consumption and supports the O&M Coordinator, Fuel for fuel management (where applicable).
Ensures that all works being executed under his/her supervision conform with the Client’s specifications and the approved drawings.
Coordinates efforts with all sections of the company (Procurement & Logistics, Projects, HR and Accounts) as per company internal procedures.
Ensures that all mechanical tools and equipment are in accordance with the engineering standards and specifications.
Ensures that all spares or consumables used during maintenance are good quality and standard.
Understands all processes, works accordingly and gives feedback for improvement.
Keeps record of inventory, problem history for all equipment under his control.
Being a team leader, coach and enable other team members, check standard of work executed and be responsible for scope of whole team work.

QH&S/QMS Role and Responsibilities:

Fills all related OH&S/QMS documents on sites.
Conducts Site Safety Induction by explaining to the subcontractors their responsibilities in terms of OH&S requirements of i engineering and clients.

Ensures that safe work procedures are being adhered to.
Investigates and fills the incident investigation report and shares it with the OH&S representative.
Ensures emergency drills are conducted on sites.
Deals directly with the client’s representative on all OH&S matters on sites.
Reports on any hazard, incident, and accident to the direct supervisor of all assigned sites.

More than 1 year experience in similar field.
Must be a team player, flexible, defendable and punctual.
Proven ability to multi-task.

Education Requirements:

HND (Higher National Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering.
