As part of our continued success we are looking for Live Chat / customer service Agents to join our team and play a pivotal role in the next stage of our company’s growth and help us to continue to develop as one of Nigeria’s Leading Ecommerce Company.
As a key member of the chat team, the Web chat Agent will be responsible for engaging with customers via the Live Chat capability on our website.
You will be tasked with assisting customers with their purchasing decisions, answering customer queries via chat, emails and phone in regards to company products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Work to identify the customer's exact
Consistently working to achieve individual and team targets / KPI’s
To maintain a high level of product knowledge at all times through ongoing training and daily use of the company’s website
Offer a high standard of customer service at all times
Other additional administration duties as required.
Engaging with a high volume of customers via our live chat system, offering support and guidance to clients through web
Receive and Promptly Respond to Customer Queries via live chats, emails and phone
To act in a professional and efficient manner to all enquiries
Help to Document customer's Issues and Resolutions
Identify Possible Website Errors

Experience and Qualifications

At least basic higher institution qualification is required
A great telephone manner as some telephone contact will be required
Determined to achieve set targets and KPI’s
Able to deliver a great customer experience
Problem-solving skills.
Previous Web chat experience is essential
Must be a great multi-tasker who is able to work well under pressure whilst juggling a variety of tasks and conversations all at the same time.
Outstanding written communication skills and a fast typing speed and accuracy are essential
Meticulous attention to detail
Previous sales experience is highly desirable
