Responsibilities:
  • Efficient collation of customers information.
  • Professionally resolve customers requests, queries and complaints promptly via phone, mail & social media.
  • Build and maintain an excellent relationship with customers via proactive and interactive communication.
  • Assisting customers with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer handling skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to initiate strategies and measurable implementation.
  • Effective oral communication skills.
  • ICT skilled personnels with the ability to utilise Microsoft tools.
  • Minimum qualification of HND degree in any discipline.
