As the Personal Assistant to our Chief Operations Officer (or COO), you'll provide administrative support to the COO, helping them to make the best use of their time of their time by dealing with various secretarial and administrative tasks.
These will include creating/maintaining office systems for data management and filing, making travel arrangements (including visas and accommodation), meeting and greeting visitors, scheduling internal & external appointments, dealing with incoming email and letters, producing documents, reports and presentations, organizing and attending meetings and other corporate events and liaising with clients and other staff.
