Westgate Lifecare Limited is a wholly indigenous organization, incorporated on April 30th 2014 as a private limited company with the aim to reach out to the populace by merchandising fast moving consumer goods and healthcare brands through its super stores and healthcare outlets solution. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Procurement Specialist- Pharmaceuticals Location: Lagos, Nigeria Major Responsibilities

• Manage end to end supply chain process for the pharmacy.
• Serve as subject matter expert for all procurement related to pharmaceuticals.
• Lead strategic supplier relationship management to continually identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities
• Well versed in analysis of spend data and cost models for continuous improvement
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand and track inventory levels
• Lead supplier selection and pre-qualification process globally
• Conduct Quality Control and pharmacovigilance activities, when deemed necessary or as an element of routine supplier management.
• Support in the development of processes to ensure compliance related to key supply chain requirements such as quality control, cold chain storage and distribution
• Provide technical advice and guidance about importation process, sourcing information and review large pharmaceuticals orders placed to minimize inappropriate procurement
• Demonstrate expertise in contract negotiations and cost management
• Support Senior Procurement Manager in developing category strategies

• At least, 2 years procurement experience with a pharmacy
• At least, a First Degree qualification preferably in Biochemistry.
