A large conglomerate comprising of a Manufacturing company with several product lines situate on a large expense of land of over 40 hectares along the Lekki / Epe Expressway and a leading real estate and property investment based in Lagos State is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

This person must have the ability to manage the general cleaning of a luxury residential estate and must have worked as a supervisor in a cleaning / facility management company.

Job Title: Maintenance Manager (Nigerian or Expatriate)

Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

The ideal person must be mature with experience in managing high rise and first class residential buildings.
B.Sc / HND in the relevant Engineering field, with experience at top management level, and must be result oriented with hands on experience and the ability to work with little or no supervision.
He must be familiar with generators of a capacity of over 1,000KVA, Lifts, water treatment plant, facility management, etc.

Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description / Requirements

The ideal person will manage its high brow residential and commercial estate situate on over 12 hectares of land in the Ajah axis.
Emphasis will be on maturity and at least Ten years experience at top management level.
Persons below the age of 45 years will not be considered. The candidate can either be a Registered Estate Surveyor or even a Lawyer with experience in Property and Facility Management.

Job Title: Senior Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

The ideal candidates must have acquired several years of experience at management level in manufacturing companies and should be able to work without supervision.
