Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, JCT).
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes, labor regulations, and procurement standards.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, NIQS, AIQS) is an advantage.
• Proficient in cost management software such as CostX, Candy, or MS Excel.
