We are looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacancies:


Job Title: Head of Station
Qualifications and Requirements
Strong understanding of radio business
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to work under pressure.
5-10 years of radio working experience
Must possess at least a first degree.


Job Title: Director - NEWS
Qualifications and Requirements
Strong news judgment and good understanding of global news gathering
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to work under pressure.
5-10 years experience with a major news organization. (Not limited to electronic media)
Must have extensive experience in news editing
The ability to work with deadlines.


Job Title: Director Marketing
Qualifications and Requirements
B.Sc/HND in Marketing/Business Administration/Mass Communication.
An MBA or post-graduate degree will be an advantage
Not less than 5-10 years cognate experience.
Membership of APCON or APAN and other relevant professional bodies will also be an advantage


Job Title: Director - Finance/Admin
Qualifications and Requirements
BSc/HND in Accountancy
An MBA or post-graduate degree + membership of relevant professional bodies will be an advantage.
Not less than 5-10 years cognate experience, a third of which should be at top management
position in a reputable broadcast organization or related organization.


Job Title: On-Air Host
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of a degree in any discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be smart and intelligent
Excellent spoken and writing skills
Great analytical skills
A creative flair


Job Title: Anchor - NEWS
Qualifications and Requirements
A degree in any discipline.
At least five years experience as a senior broadcast journalist/reporter
Experience of rolling news provision.
Evidence of production flair and original thinking in delivering dynamic results.
Experience of international news gathering and major event coverage,


Job Title: Reporters - NEWS
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of university degree in any discipline
At least 1-3 years' experience in a similar range of discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be smart and intelligent
Excellent reporting and writing skills


Job Title: Producers
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of a degree in the arts/social sciences
A masters degree will be an added advantage
Minimum of three years' experience
Excellent writing and analytical skills
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Awareness and understanding of international affairs.
A creative flair


Job Title: Reporter/Presenter - Sports
Qualifications and Requirements
A university degree
Excellent knowledge of sports
No on air experience necessary
Must posses good writing skills and be a good communicator.
Excellent command of English language necessary.


Job Title: Marketing Executives
Qualifications and Requirements
A degree in marketing or any of the social sciences
1-3 years working experience
Drive and determination
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
A creative approach to new marketing
Good negotiating and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills
Commercial awareness, for pricing and analysing data
A high standard of computer literacy
A good tertiary degree


Job Title: Broadcast Engineers
Qualifications and Requirements:
BSc. in Electronics. Broadcasting or related field
AND 2 years' experience in broadcast engineering which includes equipment repair
and installation; OR,
Four year's experience in broadcast engineering, which includes equipment, repair and installation.
Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Cisco Network Engineering Certification
Transmitter Systems experience,
LAN, WAN Proficiency
Must have the ability to act quickly and pragmatically under pressure to priorities and resolve technical faults and problems.


Job Title: Traffic Officer
Qualifications and Requirements:
A degree in any field
Must be detail oriented
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication ability
Ability to work within a team in a fast changing environment.


Job Title: Web Content/Social Media Executive
Qualifications and Requirements:
First degree in arts related course such as English.
English literature.
Experience in web content/social media management
Strong research and Internet searching skills as trawling the Internet for news sources is
essential.
Sociable, creative with excellent writing and good people skills.
Ability to work in a team
