• Develop a detailed project plan and track progress
• Work independently to generate sales leads with distributors, supermarket, retailers, and recruit women who can sell within their communities
• Develop bottom-top strategy to attract customer engagement and loyalty for new products
• Prepare and manage budget for project execution activities
• Measure project performance with appropriate systems and techniques
• Maintain brand integrity across marketing initiatives and communications
• Organise and facilitate women training on sales and book keeping and as educators on product value propositions

• Ability to generate sales strategy and make sales
• Ability to communicate and relate effectively
• Ability to recruit and motivate team to produce desired results
• Possess budget management skills
• Possess exceptional reporting skills
• Should be located and willing to work within Lagos, Ogun, Oyo or/and Osun states

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Sales & Marketing, Business or Project Management or related fields. Applicants from unrelated fields who have valid professional certifications in project management can also apply
• Applicants should have at least 2 years working experience in sales of complementary foods and flours
