We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Work with relevant departments in the discharge of daily duties.
• Follow up with BD dept for confirmation of Online PO.
• Preparation and postings of Adjustment journals for reconciliation items.
• Regulatory fees Remittances (Payee, Pension, Vat etc.)
• Preparation of finance weekly/monthly report.
• Preparation and submission of Project accounting to appropriate authority (to monitor fund disbursement & budgets)
• Reconciliation of general ledgers & sub ledgers
• Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement and submission for review.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance.
• Sound knowledge of SAGE and Excel is mandatory.
• Previous experience in Audit firm is an added advantage.

Age:

• Not more than 26yrs old.
