Job Title: Account Relationship Manager

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Relationship Manager located in Apapa.
• The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Daily tasks include handling client queries, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and conducting reviews to monitor client account activities and performance.
• The role involves a high level of interaction with clients, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Account management and client relationship skills
• Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Experience in developing strategies for account growth is a plus.
• Experience in financial services, commercial banking, and/or consumer banking
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations
