Job Title: Deposit Mobilizer

Job Summary

  • The Wealth Manager is responsible for supporting the growth of the company’s wealth management portfolio through client acquisition, relationship management, and investment advisory support.
  • The role focuses on mobilizing funds, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth, with amonthly target of ₦1000 millionin assets under management or inflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively source, prospect, and onboard new high-net-worth and retail clients.
  • Market and sell the company’s wealth management and investment products.
  • Achieve aminimum monthly inflow target of ₦100 million.
  • Participate in field marketing, client meetings, referrals, and networking activities.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inflows, and portfolio details.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Collaboration & Professional Development:

  • Work closely with internal teams such as operations, compliance, and finance.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Stay informed on market trends, investment products, and competitor activities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.
  • Provide regular updates on investment performance and market opportunities.

Investment Support:

  • Support Senior Wealth Managers in portfolio structuring and client advisory services.
  • Assist in preparing investment proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and compliance requirements are met.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of ₦100 million monthly inflow target.
  • Number of new clients onboarded.
  • Client retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of reports and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, banking, investment, or wealth management (preferred).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed financial targets is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid and field-based environment.
  • Good understanding of investment products and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Work Structure (Hybrid):

  • A combination of office-based work, client meetings, and field marketing.
  • Flexible work arrangement based on performance and business needs.

Compensation & Benefit

  • Salary: N500,000 - N650,000 per month.
  • Performance-based commission and incentives.
