Job Summary
- The Wealth Manager is responsible for supporting the growth of the company’s wealth management portfolio through client acquisition, relationship management, and investment advisory support.
- The role focuses on mobilizing funds, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth, with amonthly target of ₦1000 millionin assets under management or inflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source, prospect, and onboard new high-net-worth and retail clients.
- Market and sell the company’s wealth management and investment products.
- Achieve aminimum monthly inflow target of ₦100 million.
- Participate in field marketing, client meetings, referrals, and networking activities.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inflows, and portfolio details.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Collaboration & Professional Development:
- Work closely with internal teams such as operations, compliance, and finance.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Stay informed on market trends, investment products, and competitor activities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.
- Provide regular updates on investment performance and market opportunities.
Investment Support:
- Support Senior Wealth Managers in portfolio structuring and client advisory services.
- Assist in preparing investment proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and compliance requirements are met.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of ₦100 million monthly inflow target.
- Number of new clients onboarded.
- Client retention and satisfaction levels.
- Accuracy and timeliness of reports and documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, banking, investment, or wealth management (preferred).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed financial targets is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid and field-based environment.
- Good understanding of investment products and financial markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Work Structure (Hybrid):
- A combination of office-based work, client meetings, and field marketing.
- Flexible work arrangement based on performance and business needs.

Compensation & Benefit
- Salary: N500,000 - N650,000 per month.
- Performance-based commission and incentives.
