Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Relationship Manager located in Jega.
• The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, providing financial advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• The role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) are a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales or account management
• Financial Advisory, Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of banking products and financial services
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic advice
