Matrix Homes and Properties Limited is a fast growing indigenous company duly registered and incorporated in Nigeria to carry out Real Estate business like Property Development, Property Management, Property Maintenance, Structural Designs, Architectural Designs and Documentation etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant / Recovery Officer

Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• General accounting tasks, maintainbalance sheet accounts and general ledger operations
• Preparemonthlyfinancial reports, preparejournal entries and bank reconciliation
• Produce periodic financial reports and other financial documents for management
• Prepare yearly budgeting, quarterly and monthly appraisal
• Monthly stock control and inventory performance analysis
• Monthly consumption tax administration
• Monthly PAYE filing and administration
• Monthly payroll administration
• Monthly VAT administration
• Filing annual clearance.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Hands-on experience with accounting software Like Sage, QuickBooks
• Applicants MUST reside within Egbeda, Shasha, Alimosho and environ.
• HND / B.Sc. in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years cognative experience
• Strong attention to details and good analytical skills
• Must be proactive and willing to take up new challenges
• Experience with general ledger functions and MS Excel skills
