Job Title: Admin Assistant to the Managing Partner

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday–Saturday support during active cohorts)

About The Role

  • We’re seeking a highly organized and discreet Admin Assistant to make the Managing Partner, who also serves as the President of Faculty, School of Fintech twice as effective.
  • This role blends executive support, project coordination, and operational precision.
  • You’ll manage calendars, communication, and documentation while supporting School of Fintech programs, facilitators, and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, inbox, and meeting logistics.
  • Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for meetings.
  • Create light content snippets and schedule posts using Canva and Flodesk.
  • Track invoices, renewals, and NDAs; maintain clean digital records.
  • Provide concise weekly reports and updates.
  • Run personal errands on behalf of the managing Partner.
  • Handle travel, scheduling, and file organization in Drive/Notion.
  • Support School of Fintech operations: session readiness, facilitator coordination, student onboarding, and alumni comms.
  • Maintain communication channels (Slack, WhatsApp Business, Email).

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Discretion, speed, and calm under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy (Slack, Notion, Canva, or Airtable) experience is a plus.
  • Proactive and smart lady (This role is only for ladies).
  • Proven experience as an executive or admin assistant (2 - 4 years).
  • Mastery of Google Workspace, calendar management, and digital filing.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
