Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lekki Free Zone - Ibeju Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with Marketing Experience to provide comprehensive administrative support to our marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, coupled with a background in marketing or related fields. This role will involve assisting with various marketing activities while also managing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing department.

Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the marketing team.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to documents and information.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks as required.

Marketing Assistance:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2 - 10 years work experience.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles, with a focus on marketing or related functions preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
