Our business scope: sales and renting of heavy trucks, light trucks, coaches, mine vehicles, special vehicles, engineering machinery (such as wheel loader, hoister, excavator, etc.); TBR tyres, spare parts sales; vehicle maintenance service.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the office by handling administrative duties, coordinating schedules, assisting with documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. A valid driver’s license is required to support office logistics when necessary.

Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support:

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain a tidy work environment.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Support HR and management with basic administrative tasks as needed.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and electronic files.
  • Draft and format documents, memos, and reports.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License with safe driving record.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Minimum of OND/HND or related qualification.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
