We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Agency Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

• Recruit agents and hosts in, train hosts systematically, and be responsible for the income of the agents and hosts;
• Refine host operations based on data analysis;
• Maintain relationship with agents and responsible for the revenue of market;
• Build BD team as BD manager;
• Plan agency activities and responsible for the result of activities.

Qualifications

• Interested candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Have an excellent team spirit, good at communication and feedback. Flexible mind, strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and a certain degree of stress resistance;
• Be responsible for the results of the work.
• Sales experience is a plus, deeply understand user demands and psychology.
• English can be used as working language;
• Understand the characteristics of Africa culture and be good at communicating with Africa users;
