Job Description

• We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Agronomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on crop production, soil management, and sustainable agricultural practices to improve farm productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct soil and crop assessments to improve agricultural output.
• Develop and recommend best farming practices for optimal yield.
• Research and implement sustainable farming techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with agricultural standards.
• Prepare reports on farm productivity and soil health.
• Provide technical support and training to farmers.
• Monitor and analyze crop performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with farmers and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to farm locations as required.
• Proven experience in agricultural consulting or farm management.
• Strong knowledge of soil science, crop production, and pest control.
