About the Programme

• The Agusto & Co. Graduate Trainee Programme is designed for bright, analytical, and purpose-driven graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in research, financial analysis, and macroeconomic intelligence.
• If you are passionate about problem-solving, data-driven insights, and making meaningful impact across Africa’s financial and non-financial business landscape, this opportunity is for you.

Successful candidates will:

• Gain cross-functional exposure by working across Research, Ratings and Consulting
• Collaborate with experienced professionals on advisory and credit rating assignments
• Serve as an industry analyst for assigned sectors, including:
  • Preparing industry research reports within agreed timelines
  • Monitoring and analysing key developments within assigned industries
  • Preparing Agusto Market Intelligence (AMI) reports quarterly
• Preparing client-specific research reports
• Support the consulting team on various bespoke client engagements
• Training faculty and logistics support during learning programmes and campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Recent graduates with a good Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• Additional professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA) and/or a Master's Degree will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• High level of intellectual curiosity and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have completed the mandatory one-year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
