Alcatraz Technologies Limited is a Leading provider of Security Equipment, with years of experience offering security solutions to a wide variety of institutions across a number of sectors. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Support Officer Location: Lagos Job Description

The role of a Technical Support Engineer/Officer within Alcatraz is to provide assistance and maintenance to all equipment's and hardware's on clients site.

Responsibilities These will include but not limited to:

Installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software, as well as fixing, troubleshooting, project management of key client projects and any issue relating to equipment's that may occur on daily basis.

Requirements

The preferred candidate should also have some technical sales skills and/or experience.
We are looking out for a candidate with Three - four years of experience.
