Job Description

• To assist the Group Company Secretary in ensuring the efficient administration of the Company Secretariat and maintenance of best-in-class governance practices across Transcorp and its subsidiaries.

Requirements

• 12 years of relatable experience in a similar role, admission to the Nigerian Bar Association is an advantage.
