Job Title: Billing Officer

Location: Nationwide, Nigeria

Description

• HMO management, processes and procedures
• Collation of HMO bills.
• Correction of errors found in bills.
• Management of receivables from clients via: cash, cheque, direct payment.
• Ensure proper invoicing.
• Reconciliation of HMO account.
• Ensure daily sales are reconciled with the system for proper accounting and audit.

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who fulfill these requirements:

• Minimum of OND in Accounting or any related field.
• Preferably Accounting/numerate discipline.
• Excellent communication skills (both written & oral)
• Professional
• Able to maintain confidentiality and ethical behaviour
• Ability to work under pressure
• Confident and patient
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service focus
