About the Role

• We are seeking an innovative and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful brand initiatives that drive growth, visibility, and profitability.
• The ideal candidate will blend analytical insight with creative excellence to strengthen brand equity and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets and collaborate with creative and media agencies.
• Track, measure, and analyze brand performance metrics and ROI to guide decision-making.
• Oversee product packaging, pricing strategies, and promotional communications.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, trends, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in FMCG brand management.
• Strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 per month.
