Job Summary

• The Brand Officer will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s brand image, ensuring consistent communication of the brand’s message across all platforms. This role involves developing branding strategies, managing social media presence, and creating marketing materials to increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branding strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand strategy.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of branding initiatives.
• Manage and maintain social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Create and oversee the production of marketing materials and content.

Education

• HND degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or related roles.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for brand events or meetings.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and an eye for detail.
• Analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
