Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand plans to boost awareness, reputation, and equity.
  • Messaging: Craft clear, compelling, and engaging messaging that resonates with our audiences.
  • Event Support: Create tailored content for corporate events, product launches, activations, and health-themed observances.
  • Calendar Management: Plan and manage internal content calendars for key events like World Health Day, Employee Appreciation Day, etc.
  • Brand Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze brand metrics, and provide data-driven insights for strategic improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, HR, and product teams to align brand messaging and drive consistent communication.
  • Communication Channels: Oversee and coordinate communication across social media, email, events, and media outlets.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives. Pitch stories, secure media coverage, and drive visibility.
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, value-driven content for digital platforms and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in social media, content tools, and campaign analytics.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • A passion for brand storytelling and internal engagement.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience with media relations and content strategy.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
