Ashbard Energy Company Limited, incorporated in 2004, is an indigenous engineering services provider, a 100% Nigerian company, registered and prequalified with the Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board (NCDMB). We are prequalified on the NIPEX portal with about 30 service/product codes showcasing our capability and readiness to work and provide these services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's Degree is a plus).
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience in the energy sector is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the oil and gas sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
