Role Overview

• We seek a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth, build client relationships, and expand our market presence in the facilities management sector.
• The ideal candidate will combine sales expertise with industry insight to secure new business and maintain lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.
• Achieve set sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop proposals, pitch presentations, and tailored service solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
• 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales or business development (FM industry preferred).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
