Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate leads and convert prospects.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Track performance metrics and report on pipeline progress and revenue targets.

Consultative Selling:

  • Understand client needs and tailor CPPL’s solutions to deliver measurable value.
  • Present proposals and negotiate contracts with professionalism and insight.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.

Marketing & Brand Positioning:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote CPPL’s services and thought leadership.
  • Represent CPPL at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing consulting or training services is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about value creation.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 Monthly.
