We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Supply & Apply segment
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in real estate, construction, and industrial markets
• Lead and motivate theteam to exceed performance targets
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and consultants

Minimum Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• A self-starter with a passion for growth and innovation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the paint, construction chemicals, or building materials industry
• Strong network within the construction and real estate sectors
