We have a vast experience in the outsourcing business as we currently manage resources for major clients in all sectors of the Nigerian economy. In addition, our prolific manpower cuts across the 36 states in Nigeria. After successfully gaining ground in all the 36 states of the federation, we are gradually spreading our tentacles to other African Nations. We are currently registered to also do business in Ghana. Our framework is developed to fully support the businesses of our clients, ensuring continuous improvement of the outsourced services. This ultimately thrusts our clients to achieve their business objectives.

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• To support the achievement of the organization’s Sales / Marketing strategy through the development of new businesses and retention of existing businesses in the regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Follow through with to ensure that all required documents are provided for operations, relevant insurance documents are delivered to customers and claims payment are followed through.
• Reconciliation of accounts with brokers, credit control and finance.
• Ensure retention of existing businesses through implementation of customer service retention schemes · Review market research to determine opportunities that exist and ways to capitalize on them.
• Development of new business leads and prospects.

Requirements

• First Degree in any discipline.
• Two (2) years post NYSC experience.
• Public speaking experience.
• Experience selling products that are not fast-moving consumer goods.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience around creating and delivering presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Membership of CIIN.
• Bancassurance Certification.
• Agent proficiency Certification.

Salary
N500,000 - N660,000 monthly.
