Lesum Homes and Properties Limited is a diversified real estate investment, development and management company based in Lagos Nigeria. The company is comprised of a highly qualified team of professionals that handle all aspects of real estate development, investment and management professionally without biaise. We are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:     Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Lagos Job Description The responsibilities of the business development manager shall include (but not limited to):

  • Build strong relationship with the existing clients and provide timely services to all issues.
  • Strong understanding of customer and business dynamics.
  • Responsible for the marketing and sales of the company's products, and securing more products.
  • Design, develop and implement business plan strategy
Requirements
  • Candidates must have a minimum of HND/B.Sc in related discipline
  • Must have at least 3+ years experience
  • Must be energetic, outspoken and able to communicate effectively.
