Job Title: Business Development Officer

Reporting Line: Sales Supervisor

Job Objective

• Ensures driving of sales of the Bank’s loan product.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Field sales of savings and loan products to potential customers
• Track and maintain credit and loan information
• Customer loan repayment follow-up.
• Representing the bank at events
• Daily Reporting on sales lead

Educational and Professional Requirements

• B.Sc from a reputable institution.
• Marketing experience in the Microfinance space.
• Preferably located on the Island.
