Flourish Management Consulting is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Supervisor
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Grade Level - Supervisor 2

Responsibilities

Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Requirements

BSC in Business Administration, Economics, Management / Marketing
Experience in the facility management sector is a plus
Relevant certification is also a plus.
Not less than three years proven working experience

Salary

N60,000 - N70,000 monthly.
