Business Intelligence Manager at Pan African Towers Limited

Pan African Towers Limited, is a telecommunications infrastructure and wireless service facilitator. We made our debut on the African continent, starting with initial business operations in Nigeria, in 2017; we will soon have operations in Ghana, and Liberia. We now have close to a thousand towers and operate in every city in Nigeria. We have an aggressive growth plan to reach all parts of Africa and aim to deploy up to thirty-five thousand (35,000) towers, within the next five years to help bridge the broadband coverage gap in Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Intelligence Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Details

• Developing an understanding of business operations and contributing departments
• Defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports for departmental and company-wide performance
• Implement reports and dashboards using Enterprise reporting software
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and seek data-based insights for business operations improvement
• Maintain a corporate repository of metric definitions, ensuring clarity and consistency
• Implementing reports and dashboards using reporting software
• Performing ad-hoc analyses to answer complex business questions

Requirements

• At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role (business analyst, data analyst, reporting analyst, or quantitative analyst)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and articulate your ideas clearly
• Analytical, diligent, and rigorous in your approach to problems
• Curiosity about data and a passion for finding answers hidden in data sets
• Bonus points for experience in consulting, operations, statistics, predictive analytics, or SaaS
• Proficiency with reporting software like PowerBI, Tableau and a strong understanding of databases and SQL
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Finance, Economics or a related field
