About the job

• We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Associate to join our team on a 3-month contract.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Support campaigns or projects that require customer engagement or feedback collection.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to company policies.
• Achieve performance metrics such as call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of an O'level, OND or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, or related systems).
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to excellent service delivery.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a structured environment with minimal supervision.
