We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Care Coordinator

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Participate in onsite wellness programs for enrollees.
• Deliver talks on how the scheme works to groups of new clients.
• Prepare reports and maintain records of all activities as required.
• Any other function as assigned by the Head of Department such as marketing IHMS products.
• Monitor the delivery of health care services to all our enrollees by the providers
• Attend to provider requests, needs and complaints.
• Visit providers regularly for general case management review and visitation/inspections.
• Responsible for collecting, collating and analyzing of data from care providers.
• Regularly onboard new credible providers.
• Maintain a good relationship with our providers.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess MBBS / MBChB qualification
• Must have 1 - 3 years work experience
• Must have HMO Experience as a Care - Coordinator
