Job Description

  • The Career Services and Alumni Lead role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future careers of our students and contribute to their overall success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Social Science or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in human resources, career coaching, learning and development preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology and online platforms for career development purposes.
  • Passion for helping students succeed and a genuine interest in their personal and professional growth.
  • Demonstrated skills in identifying career needs and prospecting organizations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of career development theories, assessment tools, and job market trends
  • Familiarity with various industries, career paths and emerging job sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with employers, alumni and industry professionals.
