Job Title: CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
Job Description:
The candidiate should have an Appropriate tertiary qualification.
Should posses Senior level commercial/business development experience in terminals or line management.
The position Requires considerable experience in direct marketing/sales experience in transportation or related industry.
Should have Negotiation and contract experience with shipping lines.
Should have the Ability to deal with conflicts while maintaining the terminals best interest at all times.
The candidate should there fore have approximately seven (7) to ten (10) of direct supervisory and managerial experience.
Must have Good communication skills with the ability to communicate across the organization.
This candidate Must have fundamental knowledge of transportation industry, sales methods and practices, trends, and customers.
Should possess the Ability to negotiate and build relationships on all levels across diverse cultures.
Candidates with Experience with diverse business cultures is an advantage.
