Job Description

• Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief security officer with 5 - 8 years of security/training experience to oversee security protocol, conduct training sessions and drills for our domestic/workers, ensure compliance with security procedures, and evaluate security operations.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure safety.
• Conduct training sessions and drills for our domestic workers to ensure they are knowledgeable in emergency procedures.
• Evaluate security operations and recommend improvements, as necessary.
• Collaborate with other security personnel to develop and implement effective security measures.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide assistant as needed.

Requirements

• Should possess relevant Degree (B.Sc, HND or its equivalent).
• 5 - 8 years of military/paramilitary experience, either serving or having served before.
• Gender: Female for gender balance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential security risks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven experience as a security expert with training and development experience
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly
