Job Title: Security Supervisor

Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom

Job Description

• As part of our strategic expansion and commitment to commercial excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated experience in Security Supervisor to join our team and lead the security operations across our brewery facilities
• The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all security activities, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and infrastructure.
• Train and mentor security staff on brewery•specific protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patrols. incidents, and access logs
• Safeguard company assets during loading/unloading and routine
• Act as first responder during emergencies and coordinate evacuation procedures.
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• This role requires a proactive leader with strong operational Oversight, crisis management capabilities. and a commitment to maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
• Key Supervise and coordinate daily operations of security personnel.
• Enforce access control protocols for staff, visitors. and vehicles.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents.
• Lead investigations and escalate critical issues appropriately.
• The Security Supervisor will report to the Company Security Manager

Qualification

• ONO / HND qualification, or B.Sc Degree in Criminology, Security Studies. or a related field.
• Minimum of 1— 3 years relevant experience in industrial or corporate security (preferably in FMCG Of manufacturing).
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage crises and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of emergency response protocols and incident reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit support.
• Certification in security or safety (eg., NSCDC/Police training) is an added advantage
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in security technologies (CCTV, access control systems).
