We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Client Relationship Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Represent the company in client and vendor meetings.
  • Report key client issues and updates to management.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience – 2 years above
  • Experience in the travel industry or client management.
  • Professionals with experience in:
    • Customer Success Management, Account Management, Business Development, Relationship Management, Key Account Management, Client Engagement Specialist, Customer Service Management

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
