Summary

• We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and fostering a positive work culture.
• You will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 4 years work experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
