Job Title: Commercial and Business Development Lead

Locations: Lagos and Rivers

Summary

• We are looking for a high performing commercial & business development lead to join our founding leadership team.
• This role will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and executing commercial opportunities accross our upstream and downstream operations.
• This includes securing strategic partnerships,government licenses and building a robust customer and supplier network.
• This roles combines martket stategy, deal making , relationship management , and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5 - 8 years experience in commercial/business development roles in the oil & gas sector (experience in both upstream and downstream is a strong advantage).
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• Proven track record of closing high-value commercial deals (offtake, supply contracts, etc.).
• Strong understanding of licensing processes, crude/product pricing, supply chain dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.

Salary
N450,000 - N1,000,000 monthly.
